Hotmail Users not able to receive PropertyAlert Mail

Problem
Hotmail users not able to receiver PropertyAlert mail.

Cause
PropertyAlert email will be sent in bulk, where Hotmail will consider it as spam mail and reject it.
Solution
 
Step 1:
  • Click on "Options" tab, then select the "Custom Filters" link
 
Step 2
  • Click on the "Create New" button
 
Step 3
  • In the "Filter Criteria" section, select the second option and enter "propertyAlert@propertycity.com.my" in the text box
  • In the "Folder" section, select "Inbox"
  • Then, click on "OK" button
 
Step 4
  • You will see that the filter has been added.
