Q:  What if I have problems logging in?

A:  Follow the following steps:

• If you forget your username or password, click on the "forgot your username/password" link at the login box in "Property Alert" or "Advertise with Us" page, whichever applicable
  
  
• Then, enter your email address or username and click on the "Submit" button. The username and password will be sent to you.

Q:   Why did I get an error when uploading my property photo?

A:  If your property photo is not in "JPG", "GIF" or "PNG" format, you will not able to upload your property pictures. Use other program like Microsoft Photo Editor which is coming together with Microsoft Office to do the conversion. If you face other problem, please copy the error message and together with the property id, send it to support@propertycity.com.my or click here.
