Q:   Why should I sign up Property Alert account?

A:  By signing up Property Alert account,  you will receive an alert email when there is any posted property meeting your searching criteria. 

Q:   Is there any fee charged when I sign up Property Alert account?

A:  The registration is absolutely FREE! So, what are you waiting for??? 

Q:   I do not have an email account, how do I get Property Alert email?

A:  You may register a free email account in Hotmail, Yahoo or Google. 

Q:   How do I sign up Property Alert service?

A:  Follow the following steps:

• Click on the "Property Alert" link on the top panel


• Then, click on the "New User Registration" button


• After filling in your personal information, email address and search criteria, click on the "Submit" button. Your account will be created.


• You will receive an email when there is any property meeting your search criteria or you can login into your account to view the results or edit your account information.

Q:   Why I did not receive any Property Alert email?

A: Some company email server may consider Property Alert email as junk mail and will delete it. Check with your system administrator that is taking care of the email server.

If you company policy does not allow Property Alert email to be sent to your company email account, you may consider subscribe a free email account in the website like Hotmail, Yahoo or Google. 

To ensure you receive Property Alert email, please set the mail box to accept all the emails sent by propertycity.com.my. Click here for hotmail users, and click here for yahoo mail users to do the setting.

Q:  How do I view my property matches?

A:  Follow the following steps:

• Click on the "Property Alert" link on the top panel


• Then, login into your Property Alert account


• Click on the "arrow" button at the "Property Matched". You will see all the properties match your searching criteria.

Q:   How do I update my Property Alert profile?

A:   Follow the following steps:

• Click on the "Property Alert" link on the top panel


• Then, login into your Property Alert account


• Click on the "arrow" button at the "Subscription Information".


• Next, click on the "Edit Subscription" button, make the changes and click on the "Submit" button to update it.

Q:   How do I change my login username?

A:   Follow the following steps:

• Click on the "Property Alert" link on the top panel


• Then, login into your Property Alert account


• Click on the "arrow" button at the "Change Username"


• Next, enter the new username and click on the "Submit" button to update it

Q:   How do I change my login password?

A:   Follow the following steps:

• Click on the "Property Alert" link on the top panel


• Then, login into your Property Alert account


• Click on the "arrow" button at the "Change Password"


• Next, enter the new password and confirm password, then click on the "Submit" button to update it

Q:   What if I forgot my login username or password?

A:   Follow the following steps:

• Click on the "Property Alert" link on the top panel


• Then, click on the "Forgot your username/password" link at the login box


• Enter your username or email address, then click on the "Submit" button. The username and password will be sent to you

Q:   How do I change my email address after I registered?

A:   Follow the following steps:

• Click on the "Property Alert" link on the top panel


• Then, login into your Property Alert account


• Click on the "arrow" button at the "Subscription Information"


• Next, click on the "Edit Subscription" button, change the email address and click on the "Submit" button to save it

Q:   How do I unsubscribe my Property Alert account?

A:  Follow the following steps:

• Click on the "Property Alert" link on the top panel


• Then, click on the "Unsubscribe" button


• After enter your username and password, click on the "submit" button. Your account will be totally deleted from the database.
